The Story of Re Kirpi
Re Kirpi Kağıtçılık roots back to 1988, operating under the company name Kirpi for a long time in the business. The “Re” affix was added to the company name, with the aim of keeping the name “Kirpi” alive, carrying Kirpi’s dynamics further and making emphasis on recycling & revaluation.
The company entered the paper industry by mainly focusing on the textile papers in the beginning. After having considerable experience and success in that particular sector, the company eventually broadened its focus range, concentrating on nearly all kinds of specialty papers and some plastic materials. The company was founded by Mehmet Ayhan Gültekin.
After his daughter Gözde Gültekin and his son Baran Gültekin also joining the company, the company is now managed by 3 administrators and is operated together with other employees & operators. Gözde Gültekin and Baran Gültekin are essentially responsible for import, purchase and supply chain, whereas Mehmet Ayhan Gültekin primarily for sales and finance.
